Amazing week in paradise!

This property, from the location (5 min walk to the beach) to the cleanliness of the condo, to the amenities inside the unit, made this trip one we will never forget. The owners were so gracious and accommodating, communicating with us often to make sure we had a wonderful time. They truly care about their clients' experience. We felt like part of their family by the end of the trip! I also have to share that I think the condo was the cleanest accommodation I have ever seen. The beds were impeccably made and the floors and countertops were immaculate. The attention to detail was evident. There is so much to do on this island and the owners were always ready with recommendations that did not disappoint. This homey and beautifully decorated and spacious unit is one we hope to revisit in the future. We highly recommend this property! Bonus: The sunsets on the beach were incredible!

A Slice of Paradis with Perfect Hosts!

We just returned from a one week stay in paradise! Rasa & Remy were the perfect hosts, ensuring we had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing week. Their recommendations for restaurants and things-to-do on beautiful Anna Maria Island were spot on. Charming House B was immaculate and stocked with all the essentials of home. The only things we brought were clothes, food, and drinks. Anything we needed for the beach was provided: beach chairs and towels, umbrella, wagon, containers for snacks, a small cooler, and even after-sun aloe. The outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing away the sand. We were traveling with four other couples and we each had our own place. The refreshing pool located in between Charming House, Blue Dolphin Jacaranda, and Blue Dolphin Alamanda was the perfect spot to meet for lounging, snacking, napping, and catching up. Rasa & Remy recently added a palapa with comfortable seating and a fan to cool off and get out of the sun. Whether we return to AMI with the group, or on our own, we will definitely stay with Rasa & Remy.

The Perfect Beach Getaway!!

We just returned from the most incredible stay at this beautiful house on Anna Maria Island, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, everything felt like paradise. The house itself is spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing vacation — from a fully stocked kitchen to comfy beds and plenty of beach towels and chairs. Remy and Rasa were so accommodating and very knowledgeable about things to do on the island. The location couldn’t be better — just a short stroll to the pristine white sand beach and close to cute local shops and amazing restaurants. We loved waking up to the sound of the ocean and spending our evenings watching the breathtaking sunsets right from the beach. Our favorite part was how peaceful and friendly the island is, we always felt safe and welcomed by the friendly locals. If you’re looking for the perfect place to unwind and soak up that laid-back island vibe, look no further. We made so many wonderful memories here and can’t wait to come back again soon. Perfection!

Rasa & Remy are absolutely fantastic - just like their property!! Setting up our trip was seamless - they are so accommodating. The property was immaculate with every amenity you could possibly need. All you have to do is pack a bag and be on your way - they provide it all! The beach is super close and absolutely gorgeous! Thank you Rasa & Remy for a dream vacation! We will be back! 10/10 - could not have been better!!!!!

Wonder home and host.

This home is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and located in a quiet location. There is a nice heated pool, and it is a short walk to the beach. Rasa was absolutely wonderful. We would definitely book with her again!

Absolute paradise!

We loved the appartment! We stayed here for the second time and we had the best time ever! Everything is perfect, so clean, cozy, comfortable and beautiful! So close to the beach, there are bikes to use, beach equipment and the private patio is gorgeuos! Rasa and Remi are incredible hosts, thanks again for everything! ♥️Hope to be back soon!! Fantastic

My family LOVED our stay. I normally have a hard time feeling comfortable away from home but this was just that. Cozy, clean and comfortable. We loved everything about the home and location. I hope we have the chance to come back. I feel confident that all of Rasa’s properties are just as amazing!

We really enjoyed staying at this cottage for our little getaway with my husband. The place is very clean (it’s spotless - not a single spec of dust ! ) and new inside. It had a lot of blankets, which I appreciate because I get cold at night (even in Florida! ) lots of towels, brand new washer, and dryer, and a very cozy backyard.
We will definitely be coming back as we loved this destination.
The host is super nice too.

10/10 recommend staying here! We went as a couple, but there is plenty of space for a few extra guests. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Not only did we have beach towels and chairs at the house, but Rasa provided a cart for us to carry our things to the beach. This was also the perfect location! We were steps away from the beach and a short walk to some great restaurants. Anna Maria Island was the perfect spot to relax and recharge. Hope you decide to visit!

This place was perfect for our stay. A quick walk to an amazing beach. This part of the island is much quieter and more private than the south side. Very relaxing and the home and amenities are some of the best we have found at an air BNB. Rasa was very helpful and a great host. We look forward to another visit to AMI in the future.

This was our first visit to Anna Maria Island and our first time renting from Rasa. From the moment of our first inquiry about the property and every communication thereafter Rasa was helpful, quick to respond and so welcoming! The property itself was perfect for our family of four, with a high end kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable furniture and a great back yard patio. The access to the beach is a few yards from the front door and I loved how we could walk to so many shops and restaurants. We all fell in love with Anna Maria Island and Rasa’s hospitality. We can’t wait to go back!

Great location with a quick walk to the beach. Beautiful surroundings and close to excellent restaurants. Plentiful amenities including beach chairs, umbrella and wagon. Great kitchen with everything we needed. Everything was new and sparkling clean. Our beds were very comfortable. Overall we would love to come back someday.

I’m afraid to say how much I liked this place fearing everyone will want to stay here! It’s absolutely lovely. Rasa thought of everything to make your vacation perfect. The location is close to the beach and walking distance of restaurants and shops. The house was well appointed and spotlessly clean upon arrival. You will not be disappointed!

This is a wonderful place! It's cozy, but it has everything you could need, and the location is fantastic. It was perfect for two of us, and it could accommodate more (2 BRs). The only potentially limiting factor is the one bathroom. That said, it was clean and well appointed, and the property manager was very responsive to the one minor issue that needed attention during our week's stay. I expect that we will stay here again.

Wonderful little duplex beautifully remodeled & quick walk to the beach. Had everything we needed for our 3 night stay as a family of four. Everything was brand new & clean. Did not encounter any issues at all. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay! The house had everything we needed and was perfectly cleaned. We loved walking down to the beach every day, access to the beach is close by. We also loved how close the house was to restaurants and shopping. We rented bikes and loved biking around the area. We loved this house and everything about our stay.

Rasa’s home was wonderful! Everything was as described. Beautiful home and amazing location. We were literally a few steps from the beautiful white sandy beach. The home was well equipped, clean and perfect for my family. Rasa was a great host and very responsive. I look forward to coming back very soon! Thank you!
