This place was perfect for our stay. A quick walk to an amazing beach. This part of the island is much quieter and more private than the south side. Very relaxing and the home and amenities are some of the best we have found at an air BNB. Rasa was very helpful and a great host. We look forward to another visit to AMI in the future.

We loved our stay! The house had everything we needed and was perfectly cleaned. We loved walking down to the beach every day, access to the beach is close by. We also loved how close the house was to restaurants and shopping. We rented bikes and loved biking around the area. We loved this house and everything about our stay.

We really enjoyed staying at this cottage for our little getaway with my husband. The place is very clean (it’s spotless - not a single spec of dust ! ) and new inside. It had a lot of blankets, which I appreciate because I get cold at night (even in Florida! ) lots of towels, brand new washer, and dryer, and a very cozy backyard. We will definitely be coming back as we loved this destination. The host is super nice too.

10/10 recommend staying here! We went as a couple, but there is plenty of space for a few extra guests. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Not only did we have beach towels and chairs at the house, but Rasa provided a cart for us to carry our things to the beach. This was also the perfect location! We were steps away from the beach and a short walk to some great restaurants. Anna Maria Island was the perfect spot to relax and recharge. Hope you decide to visit!

Absolutely lovely place. Definitely hope to go back. The place is beautiful, clean and has everything you need. Location was great- convenient to Pine Avenue shopping as well as the beach. Loved it!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Rasa has a beautiful home, perfect location to the beach. Everything was spotless! She has all the extras one may need. She was the perfect host. I cannot say enough about this property. We will be back!!!

Great location with a quick walk to the beach. Beautiful surroundings and close to excellent restaurants. Plentiful amenities including beach chairs, umbrella and wagon. Great kitchen with everything we needed. Everything was new and sparkling clean. Our beds were very comfortable. Overall we would love to come back someday.

I’m afraid to say how much I liked this place fearing everyone will want to stay here! It’s absolutely lovely. Rasa thought of everything to make your vacation perfect. The location is close to the beach and walking distance of restaurants and shops. The house was well appointed and spotlessly clean upon arrival. You will not be disappointed!

Wonderful little duplex beautifully remodeled & quick walk to the beach. Had everything we needed for our 3 night stay as a family of four. Everything was brand new & clean. Did not encounter any issues at all. Highly recommend!

Rasa’s home was wonderful! Everything was as described. Beautiful home and amazing location. We were literally a few steps from the beautiful white sandy beach. We had such a wonderful stay! The location couldn’t have been better, just a short and easy walk to the beach, which made our days super relaxing and convenient. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Our hosts were absolutely amazing, friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. We’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend and will be back!

I can not say enough about our stay!! We arrived to the island early and Rasa was very accommodating! The rental units were clean, the kids loved the pool, and riding bicycles was a plus!! We wanted to stay an extra night and Rasa helped us to make that happen!! This was our first time to AMI but definitely not our last!! Rasa was amazing and look forward to staying here again!!

Great stay on AMI! Location was fantastic. Easy walk to beach and very close to restaurants and shops. We rented a golf cart and my three year old loved it! Pool was shared, but didn’t see anyone else there. Outdoor shower and hose was great for getting sand off. Beach supplies were provided. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rasa's place! The house was open and bright, but yet still cozy! It was super close to the beach and had a nice outdoor shower to rinse off in before you get into a beautiful pool surrounded by tropical plants. Rasa provided us with bikes that we could take all around the island and traveling the island by bicycle is super easy. We would definitely like to come back!

Rasa was a great Host, we had a few questions and requests,He was so responsive and very accomodating. The place was even better than the pictures. Everything very clean and very nicely placed in the house. The decoration was a Beach theme felt like a warm and very nice Beach house. We enjoyed the pool and the beach which included the beach chairs and the umbrella. It was so convenient to have everything we needed to make it a wonderful and very enjoyable stay. I would recommend this beautiful place to everyone and I do plan to stay there again. It was really lovely and we had an amazing time. Thank you RASA!

This place was perfect for a beach getaway. We had the pool to ourselves and used the bikes to get around the island. The beach is a short walk away, and there are great restaurants nearby. The place is spotless, beautiful, and well-equipped. I would love to come back again!

Rasa is an outstanding host! Timely and responsive communication and very helpful. This place is very cozy, comfortable and clean. Beautiful cottage in the perfect location! We absolutely loved our stay! The proximity to the beach, shopping and dining was so convenient. The home came with many items we usually have to bring ourselves such as beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, beach towels, and basic household items which took a lot of the stress out of packing. I would highly recommend staying here and would stay here again in the future! We didn’t want to leave!

Charming and modern house just a few minute walk to the beach. Bean Point was far less crowded than the public beaches with lifeguards and we found the water calm and inviting. Also just a 2-3 min drive (or about a 12 min walk) from Bayside Park with very little waves and a more natural feel, perfect for small kids. Rasa was responsive and helpful with all the inquiries we had. Would absolutely stay again.

This vacation home was perfect! We had plenty of room, incredible views, easy walk to the beach, and lots to do! We loved the peaceful nights! The pool was a great addition to time spent on the beach. The sand and water are incredible! The beach access walk is so close. We enjoyed the amazing restaurants and boat excursion! We would highly recommend this home and location! Our host was so helpful and attentive.
