Other things to note
Our pools are serviced weekly. Due to the tropical nature of the island , it is not unusual to find unexpected debris in the pool . The pool is heated to 84 *F , there is an extra charge for higher temp.
Please note that during colder days or nights, the temperature of the water will drop and may stay cooler longer . Pool heaters will not operate if the outside temperatures get below 60 F . No credit, discount, and /or rate adjustments can be granted for the circumstances beyond our control.
There are four parking spaces at this property .
Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area which is blended with rental properties .
City of Anna Maria has a Noise Ordinance prohibits loud and unreasonable noises , quite time , including use of pool is 10:00 PM EST through 8:00AM EST Keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night is greatly appreciated by the residents or vacationers .
